Technical Support / Field Operations Executive

Role Overview

The candidate will support day-to-day project operations, basic troubleshooting, documentation and coordination for cargo handling equipment used in train operations.

Key Responsibilities

Demonstrate basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office, email and internet applications.
Operate basic technical/electronic equipment and relevant computer applications.
Maintain accurate records, reports and operational logs.
Learn technical processes and applications quickly and assist with basic troubleshooting.
Troubleshoot computer hardware and cache-related issues on site.
Work at the customer/project site and coordinate with the technical team in Hyderabad.
Assist with day-to-day activities related to cargo handling equipment for train operations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Electronics or Mechatronics.
6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
Fresh graduates with suitable technical aptitude may also be considered.
Good English communication skills.
Basic computer literacy and an ability to understand technical equipment and applications.
