One of my clients a Tier 1 Design and Build Contractor are looking for 2 Senior Project Managers to join their team. 

They focus primarily on the Commercial office / Residential sectors in the UAE. 

We are looking for Senior people who are proactive, commercially minded, solutions-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing business.

The key requirements are:

• 10+ years’ experience within commercial interior fit-out / construction.
• A strong and demonstrable Senior PM / Project Director-level background.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects from mobilisation through to completion and handover.
• Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of programme, procurement, cost control and contractual obligations.
• Highly accountable and ownership-driven  
• Process-driven and organised, with strong reporting, planning and project controls.
• Confident managing clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to hold people accountable and drive performance.
• A proven track record of delivering projects on time, on budget and to a high standard.
