We are looking for a tenacious and strategic
Enterprise Business Development Representative to join a global leader in AI-driven customer experience software. The Role & You: As an Enterprise BDR, you are the engine of our sales funnel. You aren't just making dials; you are a strategic partner to the sales team, conducting deep research and delivering tailored value propositions to the world’s largest brands.
- Strategic Prospecting: You will identify and engage senior decision-makers—CIOs, CMOs, and Heads of Operations—using a consultative, research-heavy approach to outbound sales.
- Pipeline Generation: Your primary goal is to book high-quality discovery meetings and demos, ensuring a robust and qualified pipeline for our Enterprise AE team.
- Market Ambassador: As the first point of contact, you will articulate how our AI-powered platform solves complex challenges in reputation management, social media, and customer sentiment.
- Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with marketing and sales leadership to refine messaging and pivot strategies based on real-time market feedback.
Experience & Requirements: - Proven Grit: At least 1–2 years of experience in a high-volume B2B sales environment (SaaS or MarTech preferred).
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written skills with the ability to tell a compelling story to sophisticated executive audiences.
- Competitive & Coachable: You have a "hunter" mindset and a competitive fire, but you are also eager to incorporate feedback and adapt your approach quickly.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) and sales engagement tools is essential for managing your daily workflow of 60-80 high-quality activities.
