The Role: An exciting opportunity for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join a highly collaborative engineering environment, working closely with software engineers to embed and scale SRE best practices across complex, high-availability systems. You’ll be part of an embedded SRE team, partnering with engineering squads to solve reliability, resilience and observability challenges while influencing how systems are designed, built and operated at scale. What You’ll Be Doing:
Partner with engineering teams to drive the adoption of SRE principles, tooling and ways of working
Improve system resilience through chaos engineering, reliability patterns and proactive testing
Support scalability via demand forecasting and capacity planning
Enable safe and reliable change through strong system design and change management practices
Enhance observability using SLOs, metrics, logs, traces, monitoring and alerting
Act as a technical leader, influencing teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable solutions
What We’re Looking For:
Strong background in software engineering and system design, with experience supporting production systems
Proven ability to perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot complex applications in production
Deep understanding of SLOs and the effective use of metrics, logs and traces
Solid experience implementing reliability patterns such as circuit breakers, rate limiting and bulkheads at scale
Strong DevOps fundamentals with exposure to cloud, microservices and modern engineering practices
Experience with APM and observability tooling
Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and engineering outcomes
Ability to influence, lead and drive change across engineering teams
