About the RoleAs a Mid-Market Business Development Manager, you’ll focus on securing partnerships with mid-sized property developers, building management firms, and community operators. This is a consultative, solution-driven sales role where you’ll manage the full sales cycle — from identifying opportunities and engaging stakeholders to negotiating and closing deals.
The role is full-time and Sydney-based, combining client-facing meetings, industry networking, and office collaboration. Your success will be measured by your ability to drive revenue growth, expand the client base in the mid-market segment, and contribute to the company’s long-term growth strategy.
Key ResponsibilitiesProspect and acquire mid-market clients within the residential property and development sectors.
Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
Deliver compelling value propositions that align with client needs.
Build strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client success.
Maintain accurate CRM data, sales forecasts, and activity reporting.

What You BringDemonstrated success in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, PropTech, or property services.
Experience selling into mid-market clients with multi-stakeholder decision-making.
