Design solutions. Solve complex problems. Help shape the technology powering better care.
We’re working with a market leader in aged care technology, whose cloud-based platform underpins the daily operations of hundreds of providers across Australia. Their software brings together clinical, operational, and financial management into a single, integrated system - giving providers the visibility they need to deliver safer care, meet compliance requirements, and run more efficient facilities.
As the business continues to grow, it’s investing in the depth and capability of its technical team - and we’re looking for a Solutions Engineer to play a pivotal role in how new and existing customers experience the platform.
This position sits at the intersection of technology, delivery, and customer success. You’ll work closely with Account Managers, Implementation Specialists, and Product teams to design solutions that meet the unique workflows of aged care providers - ensuring every deployment is fit-for-purpose, scalable, and delivers measurable impact.
What You’ll Do:Partner with Account Managers and Implementation teams to scope, design, and configure customer solutions tailored to each provider’s operational model.
Act as the technical expert in pre-sales and onboarding conversations - translating complex requirements into clear, scalable designs.
Develop repeatable frameworks for implementation, integration, and data migration to improve delivery speed and consistency.
Provide structured feedback to the Product team to inform enhancements and ensure customer needs are reflected in development priorities.
Create documentation, configuration guides, and training materials to support ongoing delivery and build organisational redundancy.
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying ways to standardise and optimise technical delivery processes.
What You’ll Bring:5-10+ years’ experience in Solutions Engineering, Implementation, or Technical Consulting within SaaS or enterprise software.
Strong understanding of software architecture, system configuration, and data integration (experience in health tech or care systems advantageous).
Excellent communication skills - able to translate technical concepts for operational and clinical audiences.
Experience engaging with senior stakeholders, including CIOs, IT Managers, and operational leaders.
A systems thinker with the ability to map complex workflows and identify the most efficient technical pathways.
Collaborative mindset - comfortable working cross-functionally to solve problems and deliver outcomes.
Why This Role:You’ll be joining a high-growth, PE-backed business at a pivotal stage — scaling its delivery capability, strengthening resilience, and setting new standards for technology in aged care.
This role was created to build depth in a critical function, not to backfill a gap. You’ll have the opportunity to define best practices, shape how technical delivery is done, and see your work directly influence how providers deliver care.
If you’re a technically minded problem-solver who enjoys designing solutions that make technology more human - and you want your work to make a meaningful difference - this is a role where your expertise will truly matter.
