Digital Business Analyst – Loyalty & Personalisation We’re looking for a Digital / Technical Business Analyst to join a cross-functional team delivering new digital experiences that enhance customer loyalty and engagement across web and mobile.
This team is responsible for evolving loyalty integration, improving personalisation, and connecting rewards programs across multiple digital touchpoints.
What you’ll do - Translate high-level concepts into detailed business and functional requirements for digital loyalty initiatives.
- Work with Product, Delivery, Engineering and Loyalty teams to design seamless customer experiences across website and app.
- Analyse dependencies, APIs and data flows between loyalty platforms and digital channels.
- Run workshops to clarify business rules, edge cases and scenarios — ensuring speed and accuracy of delivery.
- Support delivery through backlog creation, story mapping and dependency tracking.
What you’ll bring - Experience as a Digital / Technical BA in agile product or platform environments.
- Exposure to loyalty programs, eCommerce, or customer data platforms a strong plus.
- Ability to partner with developers, tech leads and external vendors to understand API behaviours and constraints.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills — able to translate business ideas into deliverable stories fast.
Contract Details - Initial 6-month daily rate contract, strong chance to extend.
