Project Manager Offshore Services

SeaMarque is partnering with a rapidly expanding multinational conglomerate to appoint a Project Manager for its offshore services business.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of major vessel projects within a growing international group. From conversions and technology upgrades to mobilisations and major dry-dockings, you will lead delivery across a fleet of Platform Supply Vessels (PSVs) and Anchor Handling Tug Supply (AHTS) vessels.

You will see projects through from initial engineering to commissioning and return to service, working closely with senior management, clients and shipyards around the world.

Your role

• Lead project planning, engineering coordination, shipyard execution and technical handover.
• Manage budgets, schedules, contractors and scope changes, keeping safety and quality central to delivery.
• Coordinate class and flag approvals, commissioning, trials and client assurance requirements.

What you bring

• A proven track record of delivering offshore vessel conversions, upgrades, repairs or dry-docking projects.
• A marine engineering, technical superintendent or shipyard background, supported by a relevant qualification or equivalent practical expertise.
• Sound knowledge of marine systems, class and flag requirements, and project cost control.
• The confidence to lead technical teams, manage stakeholders and communicate clearly in English.
• Your achievements and ability to deliver matter more than a fixed number of years of experience.

Location and travel
Based in Dubai, with international travel. Major shipyard assignments may involve three to six months or longer overseas, sometimes at short notice.
