In this hands-on, NPD management role you will lead the development and delivery of exciting new products for a key UK retail account.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of new product concepts, formulations, fragrances and packaging
• Source and manage suppliers and factories, negotiating pricing, lead times and production requirements
• Coordinate product testing, stability trials, approvals and sealing processes
• Manage artwork, packaging specs, barcodes, certifications and compliance documentation
• Prepare costings, pricing models and NPD documentation
• Create and maintain critical paths to ensure projects stay on track
• Collaborate with clients, suppliers, production, sales and compliance teams throughout development
• Meet time and budget targets, maintaining the highest quality standards  

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong NPD experience in beauty, personal care, home fragrance, gift or FMCG
• Proven ability to manage multiple product launches simultaneously
• Previous experience working with Chinese manufacturers
• Highly organised with strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
