Are you an experienced IT Procurement professional who enjoys combining commercial negotiation, supplier management and stakeholder engagement to deliver real business impact?

We're looking for an IT Procurement & Third Party Manager to play a key role in managing strategic technology and business service suppliers across a global financial services organisation. This is an opportunity to join a highly respected business, influencing supplier strategy, driving commercial value and helping shape procurement best practice within a regulated environment.

Working closely with senior stakeholders across technology, you'll lead sourcing activity, negotiate complex agreements and ensure key suppliers deliver against performance, resilience and governance expectations.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead end-to-end procurement and sourcing activities across technology, IT and business service categories

✅ Manage strategic third-party supplier relationships, driving performance, governance and value delivery

✅ Negotiate technology, software, cloud and managed service agreements

✅ Identify and deliver cost savings, commercial benefits and process improvements

✅ Support third-party risk management, operational resilience and supplier governance requirements

✅ Build strong partnerships with stakeholders while confidently challenging where needed to achieve the best commercial outcomes

What We're Looking For

✔ Strong procurement and sourcing experience within IT and technology categories

✔ Proven track record of supplier and third-party management

✔ Experience negotiating software, cloud, technology and managed service contracts

✔ Understanding of supplier governance, risk management and regulatory requirements

✔ Background within a regulated environment such as Financial Services, Insurance or Banking

✔ Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing and relationship-building skills
