Location: Hampshire (office-based) with regular travel across the South of England
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (37 hours per week)
Salary: Up to £60,000 + Company Car/Car Allowance + Comprehensive Benefits Package

A growing and highly successful organisation within the property and construction sector is looking to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner to support several operational business units across a multi-site environment.

This is a genuine business partnering role, working closely with senior leaders to shape people strategy, improve organisational performance and support continued business growth. You'll operate as a trusted advisor, balancing strategic input with practical HR support, while helping leaders create high-performing, engaged teams.

The role offers significant exposure to senior stakeholders and would suit an HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment where they can influence decision-making and deliver meaningful change.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned to business objectives.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Coach and support managers to strengthen leadership capability and improve team performance.
  • Use workforce data and HR metrics to identify trends, risks and opportunities, making informed recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Lead and support organisational change initiatives across multiple business areas.
  • Manage complex employee relations matters, ensuring balanced and commercially sound outcomes.
  • Drive engagement, performance and talent initiatives that support business success.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider HR function to deliver a consistent and high-quality people service.
About You:

We're looking for a commercially minded HR professional with strong business partnering experience, ideally gained within construction, engineering, manufacturing, property or another operationally focused environment.

You'll bring:
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or above (Level 7 desirable).
  • Proven experience influencing and partnering with senior leadership teams.
  • Strong employee relations expertise, including managing complex casework.
  • Excellent coaching, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance business objectives alongside employee experience.
  • Experience using HR data and workforce insights to support decision-making.
  • A proactive, resilient and solutions-focused approach.
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly between sites, with occasional overnight stays where required.
