Interim IT Procurement Specialist
Overview

We are seeking an Interim IT Procurement Specialist to support a busy procurement function in the financial services sector on an interim basis. This role will focus on contract review and validation, procurement operations support, and the execution of lower-value IT agreements and Statements of Work (SoWs).
  
Working closely with procurement and business stakeholders, you will help ensure contract data is accurate, procurement processes run efficiently, and supplier agreements are managed effectively.
  
Responsibilities

• Review and validate AI-extracted contract metadata within the organisation's contract repository.
• Identify and remediate inaccuracies in contract records, ensuring data quality and consistency.
• Complete transactional procurement and administrative activities through the organisation's procurement orchestration platform.
• Draft and execute lower-value IT contracts and supplier agreements.
• Support the creation and execution of straightforward Statements of Work (SoWs).
• Provide procurement support to stakeholders while ensuring compliance with internal processes and contractual requirements.

Requirements

• Previous experience in IT procurement, procurement operations, and contract management.
• Strong understanding of contractual language and commercial agreements.
• Experience reviewing and managing supplier contracts and contract data.
• Comfortable using procurement, sourcing, or contract management platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a varied workload.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

  
Location: Largely remote with ad-hoc days in London
Day Rate: £400 - £550
IR35 Status: Inside IR35
Duration: 3 Month Initial Contract
