Solutions Engineer

We’re working with a high‑growth SaaS business delivering an AI‑powered platform that helps compliance‑focused organisations manage contracts, suppliers, and third‑party risk more effectively. Following continued profitable growth and new investment, the company is expanding its customer‑facing team and is looking for a Solutions Engineer to support customer implementation and long‑term success.

The Role As a Solutions Engineer, you’ll act as a trusted technical partner to a portfolio of customers, guiding them from implementation through full platform adoption. You’ll translate business requirements into efficient workflows, configure core platform features, and help customers realise value quickly using AI‑enabled tools and automation.

Working closely with senior delivery and commercial colleagues, you’ll own phased implementations, monitor customer health and adoption, and support renewals and expansion by clearly demonstrating business impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own customer implementations from onboarding through long‑term adoption
  • Translate customer processes into scalable, efficient platform workflows
  • Configure workflows, permissions, data and automation features
  • Act as first‑line technical support for your customer portfolio
  • Track and report on success metrics such as Time to First Value and adoption
  • Build strong customer relationships and act as their technical advocate
  • Identify optimisation and expansion opportunities through usage insights
About You
  • 2+ years’ experience in a customer‑facing SaaS, implementation or consulting role
  • Strong business analysis and problem‑solving skills
  • Comfortable working with AI‑driven tools and automation
  • Clear, professional communicator with strong attention to detail
  • Interested in building a career in customer value and delivery
Nice to have: Experience with vendor management, procurement, or contract lifecycle platforms.
