Interim Compensation Manager

Requirement:

This role partners with HR and business leaders to ensure that compensation structures and practices are market competitive, internally equitable, legally compliant, and aligned with the organisation’s strategy and values worldwide.
  • Leads the planning and execution of the annual compensation cycle, including merit, bonus, and equity planning, ensuring alignment with budget, performance, and business objectives.
  • Conducts and presents market benchmarking and compensation analyses to support job offers, promotions, and organisational design decisions.
  • Maintains and evolves salary structures, job families, and internal leveling frameworks in alignment with market trends and internal equity.
  • Manages participation in compensation surveys and analyses results to make recommendations on pay positioning and strategy.
  • Conducts internal pay equity audits and risk assessments; develops recommendations and implements solutions to ensure fairness and compliance.
  • Supports compliance with pay transparency laws and advises on communications and practices that promote pay clarity and trust.
  • Provides consultative support to HR business partners and leaders on compensation decisions and policy interpretation.
  • Supports M&A or organisational change initiatives by evaluating and integrating compensation programs and job structures.
  • Develops compensation training, guidelines, and communication materials for HR and business stakeholders.
  • Ensures compliance with all applicable compensation laws and regulations, pay transparency, and local requirements.
  • Identifies and implements process improvements, systems, and tools to increase the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of compensation programs.

Inerim or Fixed Term Contractor who can join the team immediately.
c. 12 months assignment, looking for someone who can start quickly with the right experience and can hit the ground running immediately.
  
Ideal candidates will be experienced contractors with a consulting profile and operating at Manager level. They will partner with the Global Head of C&B to execute priorities for 2025/6 as these are time-bound.
