I'm partnering with a highly successful, fast-growing E&I Engineering Solutions company in Limerick that's entering an exciting phase of growth.
We're looking for a Team Manager - Electrical Field Operations to lead, support and develop a team of approximately 20 Field Service Engineers & Technicians.

This isn't a hands-on technical management role. We're looking for someone who knows how to lead people, build high-performing teams and drive operational excellence!
 
�� WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
✅ Leading, coaching and developing a team of 20 technical professionals.
✅ Driving employee engagement, performance and accountability.
✅ Developing training programmes and identifying skills gaps.
✅ Improving productivity, resource utilisation and operational efficiency.
✅ Implementing better processes, systems and reporting structures.
✅ Working closely with Operations, HR and Planning teams.
 
�� WHAT YOU'LL BRING
✔️ Proven experience managing teams of Engineers, Technicians or Maintenance professionals.
✔️ Background in Engineering, Electrical, Manufacturing, Field Service or Industrial Operations.
✔️ Strong people management and performance management skills.
✔️ Experience developing and improving operational processes.
✔️ Confidence using KPIs and performance data to drive improvements.
✔️ A practical, supportive and solutions-focused leadership style.
 
⚡ Perhaps you're currently a Field Service Supervisor, Engineering Supervisor, Maintenance Supervisor, or Technical Operations Manager?
