HEAD OF OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE

Job Summary: The Head of Operational Excellence is a corporate, enterprise-wide role mandated to define, govern, and institutionalize Operational Excellence (OpEx) across all entities of the holding. The role ensures end-to-end alignment between strategy, operating models, processes, performance management, and organizational capabilities. The position acts as a core mechanism for disciplined strategy execution, moving beyond continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma) to drive structural enhancements in process architecture, operational governance, performance accountability, and related disciplines.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Master's degree preferred (MBA, MSc in Operations Excellence/Management).
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in Operational Excellence or Process Improvement.
  • Proven track record in enterprise-wide transformation and reengineering.
  • Experience with process automation and performance analytics is an asset.
  • Experience in aquaculture or agriculture is an advantage
  • Professional Certifications:
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (mandatory) or Master Black Belt (preferred).
  • Certification in CBPL (Certified Business Process Leader) or similar.
  • Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage.
