Job Summary:
The CTO will lead the technology strategy and execution for the money exchange and FX/Gold trading business. This role owns secure, scalable trading and operational platforms, ensures regulatory compliance, and drives digital innovation across trading, customer, and back-office systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the company’s technology strategy aligned with business growth and regulatory requirements
• Lead and scale technology teams (engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data)
• Oversee FX, gold, and commodities trading platforms, including pricing, settlement, and liquidity integrations
• Ensure system reliability, low-latency performance, and operational resilience
• Own cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance with AML, KYC, and financial regulations
• Lead development of customer-facing digital platforms (web, mobile, APIs)
• Design and maintain scalable cloud or hybrid infrastructure with disaster recovery
• Partner with trading, finance, compliance, and regulators on technology matters

Required Experience & Skills:

• 10+ years in technology leadership roles
• 5+ years in financial services, preferably in:
  
  • Money exchange
  • FX trading
  • Gold or commodities trading
• Strong experience with:
  
  • Trading platforms and financial systems
  • Banking, liquidity provider, and settlement integrations
  • Regulatory and compliance-driven environments
  • Proven leadership in building secure, high-availability systems

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Master’s degree or MBA is an advantage
