About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist / Professional Buyer to support CAPEX procurement activities across LATAM operations. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end sourcing and procurement processes for capital projects, ensuring cost efficiency, supplier performance, compliance, and timely project execution.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end procurement activities including RFx, sourcing, bid evaluation, negotiation, contract award, and supplier management.
  • Support CAPEX projects involving equipment, engineering services, technical services, construction, and infrastructure works.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery.
  • Identify, evaluate, negotiate with, and develop local and regional suppliers.
  • Manage procurement contracts and ensure compliance with company procurement policies.
  • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to define procurement requirements and monitor project progress.
  • Analyze market intelligence and procurement data to drive value creation and cost savings.
  • Mitigate procurement risks and resolve commercial issues proactively.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and services to support project schedules.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience.
  • Experience supporting CAPEX, technical, engineering, industrial, manufacturing, construction, or indirect procurement categories.
  • Strong experience handling RFQs, RFPs, supplier negotiations, and contract management.
  • Knowledge of procurement systems such as SAP and/or Ariba.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency preferred.
