Project: Data Center Construction Project

Location: Nong Yai, Chonburi, Thailand

Duration: Approximately 6 Weeks

Experienced Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) professionals to support a Data Center Construction Project located in Nong Yai, Chonburi, Thailand. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and monitoring HSE requirements on-site, ensuring compliance with project safety standards, local regulations, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce site HSE policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections, safety observations, and audits.
• Promote a strong safety culture among project personnel and subcontractors.
• Identify workplace hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and HSE awareness sessions.
• Support incident reporting, investigation, and root cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance with project-specific HSE requirements and company standards.
• Maintain accurate HSE records, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with site management and client representatives on HSE matters.
• Participate in emergency response activities and safety drills when required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3-5 years of HSE experience, preferably within construction, industrial, infrastructure, or data center projects.
• Knowledge of international HSE standards and construction safety practices.
• Experience in conducting risk assessments, safety inspections, and incident reporting.
• Experience in fatality or serious incident investigations is desirable but not mandatory.
• Candidates with solid general HSE experience are encouraged to apply.
