Sales Director

As the business continues to expand its presence across EMEA markets, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Director to lead regional sales performance, strengthen partner networks and drive sustainable commercial growth across key territories.

Your Role and Responsibilities:
While in this position your duties may include but are not limited to:
  • Leading and managing the regional sales-out function across multiple EMEA territories, including the Nordics, UK, Southern Europe and Export/MEITA regions
  • Developing and executing regional and country-level sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue, margin and growth targets
  • Identifying new market opportunities and priority customer segments within key print industry verticals
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, partners and strategic customers to support long-term commercial success
  • Establishing alliances with System Integrators, Value Added Resellers and Software Solution Providers to strengthen solution-led sales capability
  • Driving sell-in and sell-out performance while ensuring consistent achievement of regional KPIs and individual sales objectives
  • Managing hardware and consumables forecasting processes, proactively addressing performance gaps where required
  • Supporting the optimisation, consolidation and effectiveness of channel partner communities across assigned regions
  • Providing leadership, direction and performance management for regional sales teams, encouraging accountability and collaboration
  • Monitoring industry trends and translating market developments into actionable commercial strategies
  • Ensuring adherence to internal governance standards, ethical business practices and compliance requirements
  • Working cross-functionally with marketing, operations and leadership teams to ensure aligned go-to-market execution
  • Supporting wider strategic initiatives and contributing to continuous improvement across regional sales operations
What You Will Need To Apply:
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior sales or sales leadership position, ideally within Sales & Marketing environments
  • Demonstrable experience within the printing or document solutions industry
  • Strong understanding of printer-related software solutions and technology-led sales approaches
  • Proven experience managing distributor and channel partner networks across international markets
  • Solid organisational and commercial management capability, including revenue ownership and forecasting
  • In-depth understanding of market dynamics and experience implementing successful commercial strategies
  • Experience building, leading and developing high-performing sales teams
  • Native or bilingual German language capability, alongside proficiency in at least one additional major European language
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate market insight into results
