NET Recruit are partnering with a financial services company to support their search for a Regional Manager to cover London and the Southeast.
Your Role While in this position your duties may include but are not limited to:
- Developing and executing engagement plans, aimed with engaging with stakeholders, using a variety of channels including events, to raise awareness of the business and generate touch points with customers
- Overseeing the delivery of solutions in the assigned geographical area, ensuring that these are operating in line with the operating model
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with stakeholders across the supply chain to ensure operational efficiencies
- Undertaking network inspections to identify issues that require attention and areas for continuous improvement
- Collaborating with internal subject matter experts to ensure that all solutions are compliant with any obligations, covering legal, contractual and health & safety
- Proactively managing incidents and complaints as they arise, operating a solution focussed approach
- Engaging with both customers and solution-based staff to obtain insights into customer experiences and identify possible areas of improvement, and driving actions to enhance the customer service offerings to retain market leading NPS
- Conducting analysis utilising relevant data sources to underpin findings for actionable insights and presenting these to relevant parties
- Supporting internal stakeholders in devising areas of interest within the network to enable action plans for best practices

- Extensive experience within either regional or operations management
- Proven experience in the management of banking/financial branches or retail sites across large geographical areas is a MUST
- Exquisite communication abilities, particularly in building strong working relationships and managing stakeholder and customer expectations
- Sound problem solving abilities, with excellent attention to detail
- Valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle with correct business vehicle insurance

This role is at the pinnacle of the service delivery for these solutions, with the position holder expected to demonstrate fantastic operational leadership across multiple sites, ensuring these are run efficiently and in line with expectations; but to also proactively engage with communities impacted by the services and seek opportunities to develop and improve offerings.
The company are offering a salary in the region of £45,000 for this position, highly dependent on experience.
