A growing manufacturing business is searching for a Junior Commercial Manager in the greater Wimbledon area, with travel into central London.
Your Role:
While in this position your duties may include but will not be limited to: - Providing account management support for key accounts
- Delivering input on the joint category and business plans with the aim of growing sales and share
- Preparing reporting on key customer insights and data such as sales and KPI information
- Actioning promotional planning in alignment with data accuracy and proactive communication
- Producing and updating an accurate sales forecast for activity, ensuring this information is recorded in the company system
- Providing expert support in portal management for customers, ensuring product updates happen
- Overseeing customer reporting requirements such as KPI summaries, data, sales and promotional information
- Attending and contributing to weekly SRD (Space, Range & Display) meetings to support SRD engagement
- Managing the weekly Range Change Process in collaboration with a range of internal teams such as planners & buyers to ensure changes are delivered in line with governance
- Aligning planograms with display principles to reflect cost-to-full and days cover, ensuring that space gaps are addressed and that display quality is maintained
- Supporting the Space and wider team with ensuring that display principles are consistent, including space optimisation, days cover and colour blocking are handled
You MUST Have

- Excellent data skills, including handling large data sets, preparing reporting and supporting on planning and strategy
- Commercially focussed
- Strong communication abilities, particularly in dealing with a range of internal and external stakeholders and customers
- Good IT aptitude, inclusive of Microsoft Office and wider systems
- Organisational and time management skills will be paramount to success

The business is offering a starting salary of up to £38,000 depending on relevant experience, with a potential to earn 10% bonus on top.
