Customer Service Manager

NET Recruit are partnering with a manufacturing business to search the market for a Customer Service Manager in the Bournemouth area.

Your Role
While in this position your duties may include but will not be limited to:
  • Managing international customers professionally and proactively
  • Supporting the creation of mid and long-term strategies for customer service
  • Seeking opportunities to increase customer satisfaction throughout the customer journey, including reviewing new technologies that could support this goal
  • Analysing processes, statistics and workflows, including the customer order process workflow, and creating customer follow ups
  • Mentoring and leading the team of customer service professionals
  • Creating reporting based on requirements, customer interactions and team performance
  • Implementing best working practices to drive efficiency, targeting the optimisation of team communications
  • Developing performance goals, and supporting the achievement of these
  • Proactively monitoring customer feedback for improvement opportunities

You MUST Have
Please apply ONLY if you meet the following criteria:
  • Solid 5 years of experience within a customer service management type of role, particularly with exposure to a call centre background
  • Ideally, it would preferable to have experience from in the manufacturing industry, however this isn't essential
  • Ideally in possession of a degree from within a business or marketing, or related field
  • Fantastic communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of ERP systems, as well as the ability to use systems to harness key data
  • Strong problem solving and detail orientated skills
  • Team leadership or management skills and exposure

This company are offering a competitive starting salary of up to £60,000 depending on previous relevant experience and knowledge.
