We’re recruiting for a global business in the building and design space, looking for a
Customer Service & Order Management Specialist to join their Norwest team.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you’ll sit right in the middle of
customers, sales and supply chain - making sure orders move, problems get solved, and nothing falls over.
What you’ll be doing: - Managing end-to-end order processing
- Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
- Coordinating with supply chain for on-time delivery
- Managing backorders and delivery timelines
- Supporting sales with product and order info
- Keeping everything organised so nothing slips
What we’re looking for: - Experience in customer service, internal sales or order management
- ERP system experience is essential (this is key for the role)
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Confident communicator with a proactive mindset
- Exposure to supply chain/logistics/product-based environments (a bonus)

This is a role where you’ll be at the heart of operations – connecting customers, sales, and supply chain to deliver a seamless experience from order through to delivery.
This is more than just customer service – you’ll be the central point of coordination, ensuring orders are processed accurately, customers are kept informed, and deliveries run to schedule. You’ll work closely with internal teams including Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing, while also liaising externally with builders, contractors, designers, retailers, and logistics partners.
