Experienced Structural Designer with solid knowledge and practical experience in structural design, preferably within the oil & gas industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing structural drawings, 3D models, and design deliverables in accordance with project specifications, applicable codes, and engineering standards.
 
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and develop structural design drawings, layouts, and detailed engineering drawings for oil & gas projects.
- Develop and modify 2D drawings and 3D structural models based on engineering specifications and design requirements.
- Prepare structural steel detailing, fabrication drawings, and construction drawings.
- Interpret engineering calculations, technical specifications, and design documents to produce accurate design deliverables.
- Coordinate with structural engineers and other engineering disciplines to ensure design compatibility and project requirements.
- Review and incorporate comments from engineering teams, clients, and project stakeholders.
- Ensure all drawings and design deliverables comply with applicable industry standards, project specifications, and quality requirements.
- Support design revisions and resolve technical issues during engineering and construction phases.

Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Structural Design.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of structural design principles, particularly in the oil & gas industry.
- Experience in preparing structural drawings, steel detailing, and 3D structural models.
- Proficiency in relevant design software such as AutoCAD, Tekla Structures, AVEVA E3D, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with applicable structural design codes, standards, and engineering practices.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary engineering team.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under project deadlines.
 
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience working on offshore platforms, onshore facilities, or oil & gas engineering projects.
- Familiarity with structural steel design, piping support structures, and equipment support structures.
