Position Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and commercially focused Business Development Manager to lead business growth and drive new revenue opportunities for COMPANY in Vietnam's Oil & Gas market.
This role is primarily focused on new business acquisition, market expansion, sales growth, and contract wins. The successful candidate must have a strong understanding of Vietnam's Oil & Gas industry, an established network of industry contacts, and a proven track record of securing new business and achieving sales targets within the oilfield services sector.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business development and revenue growth in Vietnam's Oil & Gas market.
• Identify and secure new customers, projects, tenders, and contract opportunities.
• Build and leverage relationships with oil and gas operators, drilling contractors, EPC contractors, and key industry decision-makers.
• Develop sales strategies, manage the sales pipeline, and achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Lead the full sales cycle, including prospecting, proposal preparation, tender submission, commercial negotiation, and contract closure.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects to identify new business opportunities.
• Work closely with regional, technical, and operations teams to develop competitive solutions and win contracts.

  
Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in business development or sales within the Oil & Gas industry, preferably oilfield services.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnam's Oil & Gas market, including key operators, major projects, and tender opportunities.
• Established network with oil and gas customers and key decision-makers in Vietnam.
• Proven track record in new customer acquisition, contract wins, tender management, and achieving sales targets.
• Strong commercial negotiation, relationship-building, and business development skills with a hunter mentality.
• Able to communicate effectively in English for work-related coordination and documentation; Vietnamese language skills are advantageous for local stakeholder communication
• Willingness to travel within Vietnam as required.
