PROJECT ENGINEER (MASTERLIST)

Job Title: PROJECT ENGINEER (MASTERLIST)

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with Subcontractors to prepare Technical Reviews (Kajian Teknis), Bill of Materials (BOM), and Bill of Services for Subcontractor materials & services.
Monitor and track overall Masterlist activities and ensure all required documentation (from client or Subcontractors) is submitted within project deadlines.
Act as the main focal point between client, Yard Subcontractors, and the Jakarta Operation Center (JOC) to resolve Masterlist-related issues and ensure smooth project execution.
Track document status, follow up on outstanding action items, and provide timely progress updates to relevant stakeholders.
Maintain compliance with project procedures, quality standards, and schedule requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Nationality: Indonesian Citizen.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of total experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas / EPC industry.
Multidisciplinary Background: Diverse experience across multiple engineering/construction disciplines (not limited strictly to piping or structural).
International Environment Experience: Proven track record working with multinational/foreign companies, branch offices, or overseas subsidiaries.
Stakeholder Management: Comfortable coordinating with international management/expatriates.
Language Skills: Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Note: Direct prior Master List experience is a plus, but NOT mandatory.
