  • Location: Batam, Indonesia (With potential pre-mob/training period in Jakarta)
  • Assignment Duration: 1 December 2026 - 31 August 2027 (~9 Months)
  • Nationality: Indonesian Citizen (WNI)
Job Responsibilities
  • Flange & Bolting Supervision: Oversee joint preparation, alignment, gasket installation, and torquing/tensioning sequences in strict compliance with ASME PCC-1 standards.
  • Quality & Leak Prevention: Perform technical inspections to ensure leak-free joint assembly and troubleshoot flange misalignment or face damage.
  • Field Coordination: Lead bolting technicians and fitters, sign off on flange inspection check-sheets, and report progress to the Construction Manager
Key Requirements
  • Mandatory Certification: Valid ASME PCC-1 Level 3 Certificate.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in piping installation, flange management, or piping QA/QC within Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Heavy Industry projects.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficient in hydraulic torque/tension tools and relevant ASME codes (PCC-1, B31.3, B16.5).
  • Language: Proficient in technical English (written & spoken).
