As the Workplace Attendant at Swyftx, you will provide exceptional barista services to the company and oversee the day-to-day running of the office, including a range of activities such as food and beverage services and event assistance. Sitting within the People and Culture team, you will be joining a friendly, collaborative and high performing team that pride themselves on the level of service that they provide to the business.
This is a casual role and a great opportunity for a student or someone looking for consistent casual hours each week. The hours will generally be 7.00am until 12pm, 2-3 days per week.
Some of your key responsibilities in this role will include: - Provide a daily food and beverage service to Swyftx team members, including a professional barista service in line with designated timeframes
- Deliver a friendly and helpful experience to all team members and guests visiting the workplace
- Clean and maintain the coffee machine and surrounding kitchen spaces and uphold a safe and presentable environment
- Support with ad hoc event preparation, setup and execution
- Ensure that the office kitchen is fully stocked and refilled daily
- Maintain office supplies, stationery and uniform supplies, highlighting any supply issues to the Head of People and Culture
- Support the P&C team and wider business with any ad-hoc tasks
To be successful you will have: - Barista experience with a love for the perfect brew
- Experience in a similar role, delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Previous experience in food and beverage service, ideally in a hotel or corporate environment
- Passionate and customer-focused with a vibrant “can-do” attitude
- Detailed-orientated, showing great care and attention within all aspects of work
