Swyftx is scaling fast, and we’re searching for a proven leader to own the execution, commercial outcomes, and operational excellence of our core product roadmap.
This isn't about setting long-term strategy it's about leading the execution of a high-growth roadmap, maximising ROI on R&D investment, and coaching a high-performing team of Product Managers to world-class standards.
You will be the engine that ensures every product initiative is rigorously researched, commercially framed, and delivered on time.
What You’ll Own: - World-Class Execution: Full ownership of the 12-month product roadmap delivery, ensuring rapid, high-quality collaboration between Product, Engineering, and Design.
- Commercial ROI: Disciplined management of R&D investment, development of robust product P&L models, and driving a quantified, data-led approach to product performance to maximise ROI.
- High-Impact Growth: Directly contribute to the most critical FY26 goals
- People & Culture: Line manage, mentor, and inspire a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of accountability, commercial awareness, and excellence.
This Role is for You If: - You have a proven track record of leading complex product squads to deliver ambitious roadmaps on time and against measurable commercial targets.
- You are an expert in translating strategy into urgent, disciplined action with a sharp commercial mindset focused on business outcomes and customer value.
- You know how to build trust and alignment with Engineering and Design partners to drive outcomes at pace.
- You possess a strong understanding of product P&L modelling, forecasting, and using customer analytics and segmentation to inform decisions.
- Experience in Fintech, Crypto, or adjacent high-growth financial services is a major plus.
