As a Product Marketing Manager at Swyftx, your primary responsibility is to lead the successful development, launch, and lifecycle marketing of both new and existing product initiatives that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You’ll partner closely with Product, Brand, and cross-functional teams to uncover customer needs, define go-to-market strategies, and bring innovative crypto product experiences to market.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute data-informed product marketing strategies that lead to successful product launches, adoption, and customer lifecycle marketing.
- Partner with Product Managers to shape new product concepts, validate customer problems, and support roadmap prioritisation with market insight.
- Undertake market research to better understand market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to help guide product marketing strategy.
- Work alongside the Product and CRM teams to develop and deliver key communications to our customers regarding product iterations and other platform updates
- Create segmentation frameworks and personas that enable precise targeting, messaging, and value propositions.
- Define compelling messaging and positioning strategies for new products and features tailored to Swyftx’s unique customer segments.
- Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches in collaboration with Product, Brand, Content, Digital, and Design teams.
- Collaborate with Analytics and Product to monitor performance, define success metrics, and report on impact against acquisition and retention goals.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities to improve the customer journey, enhance feature uptake, and reduce churn.
- Partner with lifecycle and performance marketing teams to develop high-performing acquisition and retention campaigns.
- Continuously optimise positioning, value messaging, and GTM plans based on learnings from the market, users, and product usage data.
- Influence broader business strategy by providing actionable insights on product-market fit, emerging trends, and customer behaviours.
- Champion a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency landscape, customer motivations, and emerging opportunities to help Swyftx stay ahead.
To be successful you will have:
- 2+ years of experience in product marketing or related roles, ideally in fintech, crypto, or consumer tech.
- Proven track record in developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Deep customer empathy and experience developing actionable user personas and insights.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of product growth metrics.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions, set KPIs, and iterate quickly.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills – able to craft compelling messaging and pitch product value at all levels.
- Experience influencing product development through market and user insights.
- Confident collaborating across disciplines in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and drive projects from strategy through to execution.
