Positions now exist for Station Hands to commence work on our client’s cattle station located 130 kilometres to the southeast of Tennant Creek in the Northern Territory. Comprising of a predominantly Droughtmaster composite herd of 4,000 and spanning over almost 1-million acres, the staff on this station are passionate about encompassing every opportunity that goes with the unequivocal life they lead on a cattle station in the Northern Territory.
 
Duties will include but are not limited to:
  • Mustering cattle using 4x4 vehicles.
  • Yard processing & trucking of cattle.
  • Operating earthmoving equipment such as trucks, dozers, graders, loaders and excavators.
  • Fighting fires.
  • Attending to mechanical repairs (welding skills will be highly regarded)
  • Infrastructure repairs & maintenance.
Single (male only) accommodation is available. Meals are provided Monday to Friday & food is supplied on the weekends.
 
An immediate start is required.
 
*These station hand positions are full time, permanent roles and will not be suited to those holding working holiday visas.
