We are seeking an experienced Dozer Operator to join our client, a well-established rural machinery contractor servicing properties across the Mackay region, including Clermont, Mt Coolon, Belyando, Nebo, Charters Towers and back to Rockhampton.
 
About the Role:

• Operate a CAT D11R dozer with cutter bar for ploughing on rural properties
• Work involves Trimble GPS-guided operations
• 12-hour back-to-back shifts on a 2 weeks on / 1 week off roster
• Single, self-contained on-site accommodation provided during rostered shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy machinery efficiently and safely across large rural contracts
• Perform routine maintenance and basic mechanical servicing of machinery
• Report directly to the owner and work as part of a small, dedicated team

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience operating dozers (CAT D11R experience highly desirable)
• Familiarity with Trimble GPS systems is an advantage
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform general equipment maintenance
• A current driver's licence and own transport are essential
• Must be reliable, self-sufficient, and comfortable working in remote rural areas
• Australian residents only – Working holiday visa holders will not be considered
• ABN Required.

Pay rate will be based on skills and experience.
