Positions now exist for Truck Drivers to join a well-established livestock trucking company based on the Darling Downs in Queensland. On behalf of our client, we are recruiting for reliable and motivated MC licenced truck drivers to join the team. Whether it be that you are looking to be home every night and drive shorter trips or if you are looking to hit the long-haul trips – there is flexibility in terms of the right role to suit your lifestyle. New to cattle transport? No problem – training is provided, but you must hold a current MC Licence.
 
The fleet primarily hauls B-Double cattle trailers and are proud to offer modern, well equipped and maintained trucks to their drivers. The company values commitment, professionalism and safety from its staff always. Cattle are carted right across the country from feedlots, farm, port and abattoirs.
 
Selection Criteria:
  • Current MC Licence (copy required upon application).
  • Medical Fitness for Duty (Driver’s Medical Certificate).
  • TMR/RMS Driver’s Licence printout.
  • Willingness to obtain required tickets if not already held (cost incurred by the company): BFM (Basic Fatigue Management) NSW Livestock Loading Card

  • Choose Your Style of Work: Short Haul: Be home most nights, drive various trucks as per daily schedule. Long Haul: Stay on the road, assigned your own truck to make it your own, ideal for those chasing higher earnings.
  • Excellent Pay & Benefits: Above-average base pay + km rates. All required training tickets paid for (e.g., BFM, loading/unloading). On-site accommodation available for rest between rotations.
