A fantastic opportunity now exists for a Farming Machinery Operators with some prior experience to take the next step in their cropping career within the border region of northern New South Wales. Permanent, full-time positions have opened up on a dryland rotational cereal cropping operation spanning across some almost 16,000 hectares approximately 40 minutes’ drive north of Moree along the Newell Highway.

Offering the successful candidates the opportunity to work alongside a team of likeminded individuals within the agricultural farming space, this family-owned and operated large scale operation offers employees the diversification of operating a range of machinery from CAT Challenger tractors, self-propelled spray rigs, headers and utilise a number of modern implements and plant. There is a large grain storage facility on farm and work surrounding silos and the storage area in general will exist.

To be successful within this role:

Present with some prior experience working within a dryland cropping operation in Australia.
Have operated modern, agricultural equipment and be familiar with GPS mapping systems in machinery.
Be capable of demonstrating good communication skills, take on instructions effectively from upper management and work alongside other members of the team well.
To be a key contributor to the overall successful operations of this farm.
