They are now looking to appoint a
Project Coordinator / Contracts Administrator to take a key commercial role on a
premium gym fit-out. This is a hybrid office-and-site-based position offering genuine commercial responsibility from day one.

The Role Reporting to the Project Manager and working closely with the Site Manager and Site Engineer, you'll take ownership of the commercial and contract administration function for the project from procurement through to handover.
Key responsibilities include:
- Procurement and tendering of subcontract packages
- Preparing and issuing subcontracts, purchase orders and letters of intent
- Managing subcontractor progress claims, variations and EOTs
- Cost reporting, forecasting and budget tracking
- Managing project documentation, registers and contract records
- Liaising with subcontractors, consultants and the broader project team
- Supporting the PM with head contract administration and client reporting
- Site-based duties as required — quality walks, RFI management, programme support
- Driving commercial outcomes across the lifecycle of the project
What they're looking for - Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, Contracts Administrator or similar with a recognised commercial builder
- Strong commercial acumen — claims, variations, cost control, subcontract management (essential)
- Exposure to commercial fit-out or new build construction projects
- Comfortable working across both office and site environments
- Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a proactive attitude
- Someone who values culture, autonomy and long-term career growth
Salary - Competitive package, negotiable based on experience, Circa $110k + Super
