Contracts Administrator (min. 3+ years experience) to support the delivery team and help strengthen their internal systems.
With a strong reputation in the Eastern Suburbs for delivering small, high-end extensions and
design-led fit-out and refurbishment projects, the business continues to secure repeat work across the hospitality, retail and commercial sectors — and now needs additional support to streamline and improve internal processes.

Operating across
commercial, hospitality and retail fit-out/refurbishment projects, alongside
smaller Class 1 residential projects across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, this builder delivers projects typically ranging from
$200k to $1m They're known for:
- High-quality finishes and well-executed interiors
- Strong client relationships, repeat work and referrals.
- A collaborative, no-ego team environment
With a growing pipeline, the focus now is on
tightening systems, improving structure and setting the business up for its next phase of growth.
- Office based in Banksmeadow
- 5 days in the office — hands-on, team-driven environment
- On-site exposure across well-located Eastern Suburbs projects
The Role
Working closely with the Directors and Project team, you'll play a key role in:
- Supporting contract administration across multiple projects
- Working through a backlog of jobs and documentation
- Implementing and refining systems using Buildertrend
- Improving procurement, cost tracking and reporting processes
- Assisting with subcontractor engagement and package management
- Bringing structure, consistency and clarity to project delivery
This is a role where you'll
add real value to how the business operates, not just support it.
The Opportunity
There is a clear pathway into a
Junior Project Manager role within 12-18 months.
This will suit someone who:
- Wants to step beyond a traditional CA role
- Is interested in project delivery and ownership
- Is comfortable working closely with leadership
- Wants to grow with a business, not get lost in one
What They're Looking For
- Minimum 3+ years' experience as a CA with a builder
- Experience in fit-out, refurbishment or residential projects
- Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
- Confident communicator who takes initiative
- Exposure to systems (Buildertrend ideal, not essential)
- Someone who can help build structure, not just follow it
