A well-established commercial builder is looking to appoint an
experienced Project Manager to take the lead on a portfolio of
fit-out and refurbishment projects, many of which include
structural components.
Based out of
Bondi Junction, this is a key hire for the business — they need someone who can
run their own race, take ownership, and deliver projects properly.

The Role
You'll take full responsibility for delivering projects from
pre-construction through to handover, working closely with an experienced leadership team but with the autonomy to lead.
Key responsibilities include:
- End-to-end project delivery across commercial fit-out & refurb projects from $500k to $10m
- Managing programmes, procurement and subcontractor coordination
- Driving cost control, forecasting and commercial outcomes
- Managing client relationships and stakeholder expectations
- Overseeing site teams and ensuring programme and quality targets are met
- Navigating live environments and structural elements within refurbishment works
This is not a "sit behind the desk" PM role — you'll be
hands-on, across the detail, and leading from the front.
What they're looking for - Proven experience as a Project Manager within a builder
- Strong background in delivering commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects
- Experience managing structural elements within refurb works (critical)
- Ability to run projects autonomously and make decisions
- Commercially astute with strong programming and stakeholder management skills
- A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
Salary - Circa $180k - $220k + Super (flexible for the right person)
