education, government, aged care, urban and precinct projects across Sydney. The business is growing fast and is looking for a
driven Leading Hand who wants more responsibility, better systems, and a clear path forward.

The Role You’ll work closely with the Foreman, helping run day-to-day site operations while staying hands-on. This role is about
leading from the front and building the skills to take the next step.
You will: - Supervise trades and labour on site
- Coordinate daily works, materials and deliveries
- Maintain safety, quality and programme
- Read and interpret plans and specifications
- Support subcontractor coordination and sequencing
- Drive high standards across hardscape and softscape works
- Set the tone for site culture, safety and teamwork
About You - Currently a Leading Hand or a strong tradesperson ready to step up
- Solid experience in commercial landscaping (civil/urban or Class 2 highly regarded)
- Confident supervising small teams and daily site activity
- Good communicator with a strong work ethic and leadership mindset
- Tickets such as Excavator, Skid Steer, First Aid or Cert III Landscape Construction are a plus
Pay & Progression - Starting: $45 per hour + Super
