Junior – Intermediate Contracts Administrator | Commercial Construction
Minimum 2 years’ experience
An established and fast-growing commercial builder is looking to appoint a
Junior to Intermediate Contracts Administrator to support an experienced Contracts Manager across a portfolio of
high-quality hospitality and commercial refurbishment projects.
This is a cracking opportunity for someone early in their CA career who brings

two industry heavyweights, the company has hit the ground running, securing
multiple high-profile projects ranging from $15m to $40m.

The Opportunity You’ll be working across projects typically ranging from
$10m to $40m, including
high-end hotel refurbishments in Sydney and a
national rollout programme delivering multiple sites across Australia.
The role offers a genuine balance between
site and office exposure, with
WFH flexibility once you’re established and proven.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the Contracts Manager with day-to-day contract administration
- Subcontractor procurement, scope reviews and trade comparisons
- Progress claims, variations and cost tracking
- Assisting with forecasting and reporting
- Working closely with site teams to ensure smooth commercial delivery
- Using Procore for project and financial management (with ProcurePro being introduced)
About You
- 1–4 years’ experience as a Contracts Administrator (or relevant cadet experience)
- Degree qualified (or near completion) in Construction Management or similar
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude and a genuine desire to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Enjoys being part of a young, motivated and collaborative team — including team fitness sessions and strong camaraderie
