Estimator – Fit-Out & Refurbishment Sydney | Commercial Interiors
A well-established Sydney-based commercial builder specialising in fit-out and refurbishment projects is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their pre-construction team.

The business has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality interiors projects, works with a loyal subcontractor base, and has a healthy pipeline of secured and negotiated work.
The Opportunity This is a hands-on estimating role focused on commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects, often in live environments. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, project teams and subcontractors to price work accurately, manage risk, and support successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates and tender submissions for fit-out and refurbishment projects
• Analyse drawings, specifications and scopes to identify risk and opportunity
• Source, review and level subcontractor pricing
• Maintain strong relationships with key trade partners
• Assist with value engineering and alternative build solutions
• Support tender handover into delivery teams

About You

• Proven experience estimating commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects from $500K TO $2M. 
• Strong understanding of interiors, services coordination and live-environment works
• Commercially astute with strong attention to detail
• Confident communicator, comfortable dealing with subcontractors and project teams.. 
• Estimating software experience (Cubit or similar) and strong Excel skills
