Site Manager to lead delivery on a significant new lifestyle precinct in Ramsgate — a design-led, high-end project incorporating luxury accommodation, wellness, hospitality and premium architectural detailing.

The Role You'll take the lead on site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time and to an extremely high standard. Supported by a strong PM and engineering team, you'll drive quality, subcontractor performance and programme milestones.
Key responsibilities include: - Daily site management across safety, quality and programme
- Driving subcontractor performance and maintaining site discipline
- Managing structures through to detailed finishes
- Coordinating trades, logistics and sequencing
- Ensuring compliance with HSEQ and environmental standards
- Maintaining strong communication with the internal team, consultants and stakeholders
What You Bring - Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering large, complex or high-end projects
- Strong understanding of structures, finishes and services coordination
- Ability to lead teams and subcontractors to premium quality outcomes
