Senior Contract Administrator – Ramsgate / Caringbah

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator with strong Class 2 project experience to join the delivery team on a landmark mixed-use development set to redefine luxury coastal living in Ramsgate.

This project is an oceanfront development combining high-end residences, garden apartments, penthouses, and select retail offerings. Designed by leading architects, the project blends lifestyle convenience with resort-style sophistication — creating a vibrant micro-neighbourhood that embodies the best of Sydney’s coastal living.

As Senior Contract Administrator, you’ll play a critical role supporting the Senior Project Manager and broader delivery team across all commercial, contractual, and procurement functions. You’ll ensure financial accuracy, maintain strong subcontractor relationships, and drive best-practice administration in line with Class 2 compliance and DBP obligations.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and manage head contract and subcontracts through all project stages.
• Oversee procurement, tendering, and trade letting for major work packages, consultants and suppliers. (Procure Pro) 
• Track variations, progress claims, EOTs, and ensure commercial accuracy. 
• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager, Site Manager, and Design team to manage cost and program outcomes.
• Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives.
• Ensure compliance with Class 2 and NCC standards, documentation, and audit requirements.

About You

• Proven experience as a Senior CA on Class 2 or mixed-use projects $50m Min. 
• Strong commercial and contractual acumen with excellent attention to detail to ensure the best value for money. 
• Proficient with construction software systems and cost tracking
• Confident communicator who can liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and trades. Procore and Procure Pro..
• Motivated, organised, and passionate about delivering quality outcomes
