Location: Granville / Parramatta / Penrith
Project: Large-scale Mixed-Use Residential
Join a developer-builder that stands behind their work with a strong insurance and ICERT rating. Projects are design-led and backed by serious investment and long-term vision.
Salary: Circa $250k + Super + Car Allowance
Requirements: 10+ years PM experience, ideally with high-rise/mixed-use background.

Senior Project Manager - Boutique Developer Builder
Location: Sydney CBD
Project: 19-storey High-Rise Hotel
Boutique builder with a tech-forward and quality-first approach. Known for complex city builds and delivering premium product with lean teams.
Salary: Circa $250k + Super
Requirements: $50m+ project experience essential. Hotel or high-rise experience highly regarded.

Project Manager - Tier Two Builder (Live Environments)
Location: Sydney Metro
Projects: Schools, Aged Care, Major Construction
Well-established Tier 2 business with a solid culture, long-term team and strong pipeline. Looking for PMs experienced in CG21, education, or aged care sectors.
Salary: $180k - $250k + Super (depending on experience)
Also hiring: Contract Administrators for early-phase ECI projects.

Projects Manager - Fast-Paced Fit-Out
Location: Sydney CBD
Projects: Make-goods, Spec Fit-Outs, End User (typically $1m-$10m)
Reputable D&C builder with great relationships in the commercial space. Juggling multiple projects is the norm here - you'll have support but need to thrive in a fast-moving setting.
Salary: $200k - $220k package
Environment: Flexible, fun, and dynamic.

Project Manager - Adaptive Reuse & Hospitality
Location: Bondi Junction
Projects: Hospitality and Commercial - Live Environment Focus
Growing builder looking for a PM who can help implement systems and drive quality in a live site environment. Adaptive reuse projects $500k-$10m.
Salary: $200k + Super
Culture: Hands-on, collaborative, change-driven.
