The Opportunity They’re looking for a capable
Contract Administrator to join their successful Sydney team. Depending on project size, this role can be office-based or site-based.
You'll be essential to delivering projects on time and to spec—managing contracts, driving compliance, and supporting the team to achieve exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities - Administer contracts for construction and fit-out projects, ensuring full compliance.
- Review, negotiate, and finalise contracts aligned with project and company requirements.
- Liaise confidently with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for contracts, change orders, and variations.
- Track budgets and costs, providing clear, regular updates.
- Conduct thorough contract reviews to identify risks and opportunities.
- Support dispute resolution, claims, and variations professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure all statutory and regulatory requirements are met throughout project delivery.
About You - Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator in commercial construction or fit-out.
- Excellent knowledge of construction contracts, legislation, and industry standards.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with a collaborative approach.
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and adept at managing time and priorities.
- Proficient with contract management software and Microsoft Office.
