Contract Administrator – Commercial Construction

Contract Administrator to support high-quality commercial builds throughout Sydney.
About the Builder This is a well-established, privately-owned commercial builder with over 30 years of experience delivering projects across education, hospitality, medical, aged care, retail, and industrial sectors. Known for early contractor involvement, quality craftsmanship, and integrity, they combine a genuine family-owned culture with Tier 2 capability and specialist expertise in hospitality and F&B design. About the Role: Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll work on projects valued between $5M and $30M. You'll play a critical role in managing head contract and subcontract administration, cashflow forecasting, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities: - Prepare, review and negotiate subcontracts
- Manage variations, claims, and EOTs
- Maintain project financials and reporting
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations
- Assist with procurement and tender reviews
- Support project delivery with documentation control
About You: - 2+ years experience as a Contract Administrator (commercial preferred)
- Strong understanding of contract law, SOPA, variations, EOTs
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Able to prioritise under pressure and meet deadlines
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, QS or Law
