We’re working with a well-established builder with a proven track record delivering boutique, architecturally designed commercial and hospitality spaces across Sydney. They have a hands-on, agile management team and offer a collaborative, systems-driven environment that suits experienced professionals who take pride in their craft.
With a new $6M hospitality project about to commence in the Northern Beaches, we’re looking for a capable and confident Site Manager to take the reins on-site and drive delivery from day one.
 
What’s Needed:

• Proven track record as a Site Manager delivering high-spec fit-out, hospitality, or commercial projects in the $3–10M range. New build / structure exp required. 
• Strong understanding of buildability, sequencing, and finishes
• Ability to run a tight site and build strong rapport with trades, consultants, and clients. Live Environment. 
• Proficiency with construction software and site safety systems - Procore and 1 Breadcrumb
• Trade background preferred (carpentry ideal) with a keen eye for detail and program
