Our client, a well-regarded leader in the hospitality construction space, is seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to lead complex, design-rich projects from start to finish.

This is a great opportunity for a Senior CA who thrives in a close-knit, collaborative environment. You’ll play a key role in driving commercial outcomes, mentoring junior team members, and maintaining excellent relationships across trades, suppliers, and clients.

With a strong pipeline of negotiated projects across Sydney and Melbourne, this role offers both stability and genuine career growth.
Your Role

• Leadership & Mentoring: Manage and mentor two Contract Administrators on a complex, high-end hospitality and entertainment precinct.
• Project Oversight: Oversee the full project lifecycle using Procore – from scope and procurement to financial closeout.
• Commercial Management: Drive economic performance and maintain commercial integrity throughout the build.
• Team Collaboration: Contribute to a positive and supportive culture within a respected and tight-knit team.
