The role:We are looking for a Senior Contract Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis at the Sutherland Shire HQ.
You'll be involved in the project from the beginning, allowing you to prepare the project for success, procure early works and structure trades, move to MEP, and finish trades as the project progresses.
You’ll be a strong negotiator, ensuring the best value for money while maintaining their renowned quality.
You:
You’ll have some ten years of experience working as a CA / SCA with exposure to $70M+ Projects in the residential, commercial, or hospitality (Hotel) sector. You'll have a thorough understanding of subcontracts, procurement schedules, cost reporting, etc., coupled with high-level negotiations, communication, and organisational skills.
You’ll be a natural communicator and be able to deliver exceptional results for the client while maintaining strong subcontractor relationships.
