Their expertise lies in various design and construction works, encompassing refurbishments, extensions, conversions, remodelling, new multi-million dollar homes, and ultra-high-end boutique seaside apartment projects.

We are seeking a Site Mangaer to take the helm of a high-end home project on the Lower North Shore. The construction cost is $11 m. 

Role: 
Site Manager to plan, execute, and deliver an exceptional high-end construction project consisting of a new underground car park, gym, sauna, wine cellar, pool, extensive high-end finishers and the latest home management systems.

Manage an entire team, including a Foreman, a Leading Hand and a Project Engineer, with office support from a PM and CA. 

Desired Experience: 
5 to 10 years plus experience managing high-end single-dwelling homes. 

We are seeking Sydney's best. You must have experience in high-end single-dwelling homes and a solid career history. 

Experience with Buildertrend is desirable. Solid safety understanding and advanced communication skills coupled with excellent client-facing skills. 

Salary/Benefits
Competitive salary package commensurate with experience. Circa $150k to $160k +
